Remove batteries from battery compartment before cleaning. Place battery cap back on before cleaning. Use a soft cloth, antibacterial soap and warm water to clean before and after use. Ensure your VēDO toy is dried completely after cleaning.
Do not use any type of harmful solvents, such as alcohol or benzene which may damage the product. Do not place in a dishwasher or microwave.
Ensure batteries are inserted correctly or device is fully charged (2 hours). If device still does not work, replace old batteries with new ones( for the battery operated ones), or hold the power button on the device for at least 20s to try switching it on. If the issue still could not be resolved, contact us on our website.
